All of us got programmed when we were very young. We learned from our environment and picked up “programs” just by observing. Unfortunately, many of these programs are quite negative. And since they are running without you being really aware, you have no idea these negative programs are even running to this day sabotaging you!
Life is not meant to be a struggle! Anything that you have to work hard at, put a lot of effort into or anything you have to struggle to make it happen, is a result of your programs not supporting that.
Since you are aware of your conscious mind, changes can be made more easily. Not so much for your subconscious mind as it is a “habit program”.
