One of the most difficult things to do in this life it truly appreciate ourselves. As we grow up we subconsciously pick up verbiage quite detrimental to us.
When we look into the mirror, can we truly embrace TRUE SELF? Or do you look at your flaws and think you are not good enough?

I am complete and whole

I am confident in my skills & talents

I am capable of achieving anything I put my mind to it
I am perfect even with my flaws
I am a better person today than I was yesterday
I am loving my body
I am grateful for being alive
I am love
And so it is!
There is science behind these affirmations. According to Dr. Bruce Lipton, during the first seven years of our life, our brain is designed to download programs just by observing other people.
It’s a state of hypnosis. It’s a characteristic or brain frequency called Theta, which is just below consciousness.
You are naturally in Theta mode right before you go to sleep and when you wake up.
In summary: Use affirmations to change your mindset about your TRUE SELF! Let’s recode your belief system to embrace who you truly are. You are beautiful and worthy of joy, abundance, love, and happiness!
Saying these affirmations out loud is best during Theta mode.
Apply these affirmations as often as you like to easily get what you want! For most of us, it will take around 2-4 weeks. Try it and let us know!
